In this video I give a full in depth tour of a 2008 Lexus LS460. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this car while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.

If you never test drove this BEAST,you really should,its a thing of beauty,just like the whole car is,crazy POWER,SPEED,COMFORT,for the money,LEXUS is that brand,Mercedes-Benz and BMW of course are great cars,but as far as mechanically sound,LEXUS IS THAT CAR,i test drove the 460L,all im gonna say is WOWWWWWWW and im not exaggerating one bit,test drive it,you'll see...

I love the Mercedes-Benz S-class as a rule, but I have the utmost respect for the Lexus LS. To call it a "big Camry" is of such a level of ignorance and rudeness simply off the scale.

@Jonathan A.... 💯 I definitely agree! Mercedes are all about styling! They're pretty cars and all, but they are also money pits. It's almost like they build those cars to intentionally have problems over time... As a former Benz owner, I can tell you I'm never going back.

I have never seen such a secluded engine before! HAHA Other than that, this car is absolutely beautiful. I drive a 2002 Avalon and I can barely look at it after seeing this car LOL I also love the automatic door close... I just recently discovered that certain cars drop the windows a tiny bit when you open the car door (like the Mustang and the 911 you videoed) and that is so cool! My friend's GranTurismo does that too.

I went to this year's auto show and I liked how much Cadillac has improved. I sat in both and I could definitely tell that the Cadillac has a better quality interior than Lexus and miles ahead of Infiniti. My Cadillac has been good to me, but it is older. Of course, this is more applicable for the newer ones. I don't think the same could be said for anything previous to about 2014-15ish.

Even with the driver window down a good part of the outdoor noise is blocked off. That blew my mind like crazy. Then you put up the window and you can't even hear anything outside. Talk about the pursuit of perfection.

Absolutely gorgeous car...after going through the reviews I saw one guy said "All automatic windows? really?"...I pity the poor soul,My 1999 gs300 has all automatic windows,it's nothing new.Lexus is the best vehicle for the money.

penvon My 2005 Toyota Avensis has all automatic windows, for the driver and for all passengers. The windows are also fully automatic in the back seats as well. And it has heated seats in the front, and automatic window washers, electric side mirrors, auto dimming rear view mirror... So yeah, it is not nothing new as you have said my friend. :) And this LS.... it is my dream car! Pursuit of perfection, an automotive masterpiece that is reliable as a tank. Love it! :)

Im looking at this generation because i had a 2001 LS430 and it was THE NICEST car i have ever owned, probably the best car i have even been in possibly. I traded it in for a Tahoe for a 4wd and i still miss that ls430

Bought this car at 155k miles for like 8 grand a year ago. Kept up with maintenance and still runs like a dream. Did a muffler delete and she sounds mean and still has most of the horses she was born with. No regret getting this car. If your getting a car and have around 10 grand I betcha could easily find one of these and make it your own today.

Kyle this should be your next car. One of the worlds quietest cars. If I remember right Inside Line said the car has an interior noise level of less than 60dB on the highway.

I am possibly getting this exact model and year but with a cherry red exterior and beige leather at a used car dealer in Salt Lake City, Utah. I just hope they’re able to approve me for it considering that I’m a first time car buyer.. I pray that I’m able to get it.

I just got to drive one of these the other day and this car is like nothing from this world... If you're all out on having a badass V8, saving on mpg's, and being lazy, then this is the car for you (and me i wish). I know the car in this video is quiet, but trust me, when you're driving,...it's loud..and when i was driving with the auto stick, i kept shifting up saying holy shit, how many gears does this thing have? and the owner says eight and said he gets around 22MPG.

i loved everything about this video...except the music :p (Derick and the Dominoes was good though) but i really do LOVE the Lexus LS460L, it is so sexy. besides that, i think you need to do the 2011 LS460L. The LS is the only car that fits my tall self (6'6) all the others had the rear view mirror in my line of sight (minor safety issue)

I used to hate the Ls when compared to an A8, 7 series, S class and even an Infiniti m. But it's really a nice car and probably the most reliable and solid car. For this model. The new one doesn't rally compare to the new full sized luxury sedans, but this one does...

I have a 2008 lexus ls 460 that I purchased from carmax. I love the car as I am a lexus man. I have two issues with this car. #1 Lexus did not make a bluetooth for this year. Pretty strange to me as the ls model is the flagship. My #2 issue is that all the lexus models that I have owned from a Gs 300 to Gs 430. Also the Sc 430. Now on my ls 460 have all had to have the control arm bushings replaced which is a common issue for all Lexus models. A relatively cheap fix if not performed at the lexus dealer. Other than those two issues is no other automobile more reliable in my opinion. The ride and the performance of this vehicle is unparalleled. Proud lexus owner.

Id still buy this over all of the Competition. I mean really, a Hyundia equus, wtf with the name. German cars breakdown alot. Buick is FWD 4 banger, and the Cadillac would be my second choice. Extremely nice car.
