I'm not sure how anyone could ever dislike this. It is beautiful! Beautiful and perfect job!!!

I can't believe she never became a ballerina of the Mariinsky. She certainly deserved it a lot more than many that have been promoted ahead of her. Oh and he tempo is just right. It's just that we've gotten used to dancers slowing everything down so much that every time we encounter a more musically correct tempo it strikes us as "rushed".

Still the best version I have seen. Such lively performance. She was in the character of a playful 16 year old. Agree costume could be improved and would be perfect if she wasn't a tad late in the turns at the end. But after watching many other versions of this variation, this is still the best so far. She is actually dancing.

So pretty! She is so charming and playful. And really, who cares that her shoes are a bit beat up?? Means she's been working hard! And no one in a live audience would ever see that, it's just the close-up video that makes it noticeable.

Вы называетесь All Balet!!

What a beautiful performance! If the dance skirt is raised a little higher, it may better show Ekaterina Osmolkina’s graceful figure.

Lovely performance. I still don’t understand, though, why the Mariinsky ballerinas are taught to time the sissones in such a way that it feels way off the music; it really diminishes the impact of that whole section of choreography.
@ИринаКоростышевская-г4т
Balet All!!

This is a much simpler version in comparison to many others I've come across, which almost surprises me knowing how advanced the Russian ballet dancers are. However, when the camera did close-ups, you could see the intricacies in her hands, neck, and the emotion in her face. All of the movement was flawless and looked effortless. Wasn't a fan of the tutu, but overall a great rendition of this classic variation.

This is a reconstruction from Petipa's notations of choreographies so it should be the most classical and accurate version of them all.
@noblesetsentimentales
@noblesetsentimentales 3 года назад
@@BboyFarii Actually, this is the same "after Petipa" choreography used in the Soviet-era productions. For some reason no attempts were made to reconstruct the Act III pas de deux. It's still a very beautiful version, though, and I don't see why it would be considered overly simple or not advanced enough, as per the OP. In some ways it's more difficult that other versions.

@VampsAreLovee i dont think anybody has pointe shoes that are clean unless you never wore them. She cant wear new pointe shoes because they need to be broken into. What do you expect the floor to be sparking clean.

Annabelle Minkova, it isn't. We dancers have special materials included in our shoes, that allow us to stand on point without any pain. was that helpful?

Ses a beautiful dancer but the whole time i felt like the dance was a bit rushed, if she didnt just simply put a smile on Her face and actually felt and expressed every moment it would have been better. A good example of some some one who didnt rush was diana v. Also a russian dancer. Also who desifned that costume?!!! I get that you have to try new things but UGH! Dats ugly!
