The writers damaged Ridge and Taylor family, because Ridge speaks about living in the future to the fullest with joy and happiness and he never travel with his beautiful young adult children nor begin a new beautiful moment with Taylor and his mother and I don't understand why Stephanie just won't come out and tell Ridge the truth that the other woman in her marriage was Brooke's mother Beth Logan, she was having an ongoing affair with your father and Brooke knew and encouraged the affairs between her mother and your father and she didn't want you to know Brooke just wanted her mother to take your father away from me.

I love Taylor but I agree with hard selling..she shouldn’t have to sell her family. I would’ve let Ridge go & let him be with Brooke. They never stayed together long enough anyway. Still battling it out today...had to stop watching..
