In this video we try getting the Suzuki LTZ 400 to spark we try a new coil, spark plug, CDI, Stator, Rectifier, and go through all the wiring. It still doesn't spark and I don't know the problem. Let me know what it might be if you have had a problem like this before. Make sure you stay for my future builds I have a lot planned.

cut your kill switch out of the circut. it maybe grounding out. get a multi meter an check to make sure u have voltage coming from stater

Check all ground wires, make sure kill switch is good all terminals clean , all plug ins are clean of corrosion

My bike did the same thing and the coil was not plugged in fully

It's the ground wire terminal that goes to the coil

Huh maybe check the wiring harness for any kinks or shorts?

Could be your kill switch or bad ground but I would try a new plug also

I have the same problem you need a black box performance cdi box for your bike.

I've got the same issue think mines the altinator and wiring. Hopfully that's the end if the issues 😐

Did the alternator change fix the problem ive leterally went thru and changed every damn component

really dude replaced all kind of stuff and u say spark plug. dumb just dumb. u don't think he thought that lol

You have a ground problem run new grounds to motor from kill switch or cdi an you should be good
