I have an 2010 Glk 350 I’m swapping everything from the the 2013-15 Glk 350 I was wondering will the first gen m276 3.0 twin turbo version will match up to the transmission from the m276 2013-15 v6 trans since essentially it’s the same motor

Hi I have an C280 W204 2007 mercedes and I want to replace it to C350. It is the same engine as C350 my C280 but I want to make it 3.5l M272 and get the 272 hp. Now it's M272 3.0l with 231hp. Can I do this replace yes or no pls answer.Oh I missed the Most important it's manual 6-speed

No they are completely different engine

quick question did you take the flywheel/bearing bolts to be remove transmission away from the engine?

Yes you have to unscrew the bolts to remove the engine and leave the Transmission on the car

Hi! my c300 had water in the intake and water has got to the throttle body, do you think the engine is fixable? my c300 is a flexfuel so what do you think, can i just replace it with a normal c300 engine.

There is couple things that you have to match but yes you can get a regular engine not necessarily Flex fuel Probably if you go water in the intake your engine got hydro locked Or is full of water , try to get the spark plugs out and turn the engine manually by crankshaft If you goes easy all around it could be good if not than is bad

Do you know if procedure would be same/similar for an 07 S550 (W221) somebody told me the engine would have to come out the bottom which I didn’t think sounded accurate. RWD not 4matic

Should be not too different, but still is not the same , just try to do some research before starting the job

Not sure 🤔 But you always can check that thru dealer , call part department and give them your vin number and ask in the engine you have it’s matching with your car

Nope , you have to replace the oil pan ! After that yes ! If it’s the same engine size and model only oil pan has to be replaced

I believe the engine is the same the wire harness and computer is different

He don't have to take the wiring harness off the engine all he has to do is take the exhaust pipes off fron the bottom and unhook the oxygen sensors and transmission and motor mounts then he can pull the whole engine out. I DID PLEANTY OF THESES.. HE don't know what he is doing hustling backwards as hell..
