@@LukesTechTips ok thank you. I did change the one behind the glove box myself. I have a 2019. The only reason why I ask is bc the dealership wants to charge me for changing the cabin filter (behind the glove box, which I already did) and also charge me for changing a “pollen filter” as well. And I think they’re scamming me bc I can’t find anything like that other than the cabin filter.
So on your model the only one is behind the glove box. A pollen filter is the same thing as a cabin air filter just different wording. If you changed it yourself you’re good to go and just decline the service when you’re at the dealership. The interval got extended to 40k but I still prefer to do them every 20k. Now you can do it yourself and save the money.
