Swapping it made my condenser finally kick on. Thank you. Still not ice cold, but cool air is better than warm air.

Awsome glad it worked for you. You probably just need to recharge it to get it nice and cold.

@@BrianBalatbat The charging tool shows that it is in the yellow (above charge). Don't know what that is about.

Do I need to take it out at the parts store or can I drive with it out?

You can drive without the ac relay, but the other relay you’ll have to put back. Go to the parts store and then you can replace ac relay with new one.
