David Wilson, a member of the 2009 U.S. Under-19 National team from Danville, Va., lets his teammates know this is their time and their game prior to the IFAF Junior World Championship gold-medal contest against Canada.
I met him in 2014 at the Wide World of Sports in 2014. Super humble and down to earth. Didn’t even mention a word that he was the star running back for VA Tech. The only way I figured out is when I put context clues together and finally figured it out
I wish there was still as much heart in this country as there is in this locker room. The government has ruined our ideas of this country and it has been for awhile, I wish we could all come together and be American and just that. God bless you all
NFL career may be over but David has some serious passion that I think could e transferred to other causes. Hopefully he stays productive and finds a way to utilize his talents!
Man David Wilson was a beast on the giants. I know this is years after he has already retired but It was like yesterday when he put up that 300 all purpose yard game. Last I heard he was trying to get back into track which I'm sure he'll excel in as well. Injuries suck, especially career ending at such a young age. Best of luck to that man David Wilson!
There's a reason Canada's professional teams are basically a minor league to the nfl AND their teams are full of Americans. MURICA. And btw this speech is epic.
