Looks incredible. I have the same bike. Changed to the V&H 2into 1 comp. black. Added Killer Glass but also added leds over the engine to complement it. I pulled my oil cap and painted it matte black. It makes it disappear. Great job. I really want to black out the engine as well. I love yours.
I've had a coupple people ask how the G2 high gloss paint on the exhaust holds up. The bike has had thousands of miles on it now, and it looks awesome. There is no peeling or fading. It's a killer product.
I love it. I have the '09 F. I've done the V&H 2-1 comps, K&N air, H-D pegs & grips, H-D bags, and I am getting ready to go 260 in the rear, and HID lights. I thought I was getting close to the end of the money pit. I'm telling my wife it's your fault when the bank calls. lol! Thanks for a sweet video.
Thanks again for all the comments. You guys are great. Once again, the radiator hose is from a company called KillerGlass, not Speedglass as I mentioned in the video. No problems with it so far. People love it and I get a lot of comments on it. I put one on a guys 2010 with the blue LED along with the blue Nissan radiator fluid and it looks wicked. Highly recomended. Thanks again.
I have a 02 silver vrod that looks exactly live your 03. I love your muscle and all your other bikes man! V-Rods, in my opinion, are the baddest looking bikes out there!
Well done, makes the whole machine look even more pure. I envy you for being able to do this work on your own! Greetings from Germany (well, at the moment I study in Britain...) Chris
Hoping to get the DX Night Rod this fall. Amazing job with the Muscle! Your bike looks fantastic blacked-out. Chrome just doesn't do the VRSC's justice. They look mean, scary, powerful, dangerous= blacked out. Kudos!
To HD2009Muscle. Powdercoated wheels are fairly durable. They don't scratch very easy but make sure whoever puts the tires back on the wheels is easy. Tire machines can chip the powder coat.
This is fucking awesome. Im torn between the Muscle and Night Rod, Ive been telling people if they made a cross between the two thats the bike Id get. You sir, made that bike,.EXACTLY as how it appeared in my mind. If only HD would make this. enjoy it man, you have a work of perfection.
I have a Night Rod 2010 all black with the same wheels as this muscle front and back. Sick looking bikes. I think you killed the look with the side mirror with lights, kinda defeats the pupose of making it all black. NIce bike overall!
WOW, great job on the bike, it looks beautiful I love v rods although dont have bike license or know how to ride one yet, planing to take lessons in a mount or so ( i love your bike) great job
Very nice bike mate, I enjoyed your presentation aswell. You sound like someone who is genuinely into having this babe in shape and i respect that. ( although i am not a chopper guy myself ). If i was to buy a ROD bike one day it would be yours allrite :.
You have a great bike! I was looking to pictures of the stock Vrod and i thought to myself, This bike is not ment to be stock. I typed Custom Vrod and well. I think i wasn't wrong. Your bike appears to confirm. Right now for me a V-rod would be the craziest unaffordable, heart-tickling option for a bike. Finally i looked at your user name and i smiled sightly hehe. Cheers!
Awesome! My fathers owns Blue Demin 2009 too i said him to pinted all black but he says no. I`m going to show him this vid. I own an iron 883, love black. Now you can use red plastidip for the Lines and is you don´t like them peel them off! Nice work.
Beautiful bike! I've always liked the Night Rod but not very fond of the Muscle. You've combined both bikes and yours truly looks better than any HD I've ever seen. Congrats! BTW, I'm sending this vid to HD and asking them to make one. Just kidding!
