Well, it's been a long time out, but I've been living with a 2011 RS 2lt for quite a while now, and I have to disagree with almost everything in your review. This little V6 is actually faster in the quarter than my 396 big block 69SS. There is plenty of grunt in this rev happy engine, The visibility issue went away within a week of driving it every day, and is just fine. I'm 6' , 210 pounds, and I find the headroom to be plenty good, and the leg and shoulder room is great. I actually wanted a Challenger,, but I stopped by the Chevy dealer and saw this Synergy green RS sitting in the lot, I never thought about the Challenger again. While both have that great retro look, the Challenger looks like a 2 door sedan compared to the pure sex on wheels look of the Camaro. There's just nothing I don't like about this car.

everybody bashes the V6 and say is not a real muscle car but then the 4th gen camaros v8 were considerated as muscle car with basically the same power. i had a 300hemi v8 5.7 and was sluggish compared to my v6 camaro. i mean idc if is a v8 a muscle car shouldnt be defined by how many cilinders it has, should be how much power it pushes. any car with over 300hp i consider muscle.

still have a 2010 RS LT around in my garage and it’s still a beauty. Great car that people over look because it’s a V6. Also fantastic in mpg

Currently own a 6 speed manual v6 2010. This kills a dodge v6 and mustang hands down. Sounds better too. 14 years later and i still get plenty of looks and compliments.

If all you ever wanted was a 60's ish muscle car your best bet is to find one at auction or a junk yard and rebuild it. I'm pleased to hear about the ride, because all I want is the V6 and a good ride. I have no problem with a 6 sec 0-60 and would only hope for a more optimistic/uplifting interior. To some of us, this is after all transportation, and some of us could never stomach a Toyota Echo/Corolla any more than the supposed SMART car. This is a stylish $23 Grand alt to the CTS.

i think he should test drive the 2012 v6 camaro with paddle shift because now it has 323hp for a v6! im so glad i waited for the 2012 model. Mine is red with black stripes and i love it! the looks alone is awesome. The camaro by far takes the head turning department! The camaro is so much better looking than the dodge as well. So many people look at my car. i kind of wish i got it in yellow but red with black stripes is still awesome.

@hydrofobik1 I drive a Camaro 2LT and I can attest to the fact that people stare at it everywhere it goes. Even Corvette drivers! Also, there is no visibility problems either. As a matter of fact, this is the only car I have driven that does not have a blind spot. Look in the left mirror until the car beside you disappears and it's literally right beside you.

To be honest I love the car. Its well balanced, breaking is confident and reliable. The ride is very smooth specially on highways, but it still feels stiff enough as a sports car should. The v6 packs a punch so for a 1.2 sec slower than the SS I think great! Also I think the 2ls is auto, I'd recommend getting the 1ls if you know how to drive stick because auto losses more power through the drivetrain.

seriously how can u say its not fun to drive even tough its a v6?! i hate it when people say v8's are better. (even though they are) but the v6 was so much cheaper and in my price range. Im thinking of installing a cold air intake which will make the sound even better and increase both the mpg and hp.

i love my 2012 v6 camaro too man...i wish i wouldave gotten a 6 speed though...the paddle shifters are funn but i would rather them have been stationary instead of moving with the steering wheel....but i will agree cars are fast for v6 pony cars....who knows maybe someday they will introduce a specialty limited edition model with a turbo charged or supercharged v6 from the factory....i do like the newer smaller steering wheel we got in our 12 camaro for sure better than the old huge one

this is a really good review, but this car really isn't as bad as it is explained in this video. your good points are correct, but some points are off. my rs kit on my 2lt has never had any problems and it is an amazing car! i recommended vehicle, although the SS seems very nice

Great video, I enjoyed all your Camaro reviews and will take them into consideration as to what trim level I will buy. However I was quite disappointed to see you blow the stop sign at 3:28/3:29. I'd like to think that an auto reviewer/critic would have a respect for the rules of the road and the safety of others. Even if you were on a closed road many people watching this video may not know that and it just doesn't look good. You may want to edit that out.

1:08 not even close, man. These images don't even have the Rally stripes on the Camaro. Remove the Challenger's stripes, and it will look like any other Mustang in the street.

I wouldn't get the 2013 LT models, because it comes with the My Link infotainment system. You can't play music CDs with that new system.

I plan on purchasing a 2013 2LS Camaro. How's the ride and handling with the V6 engine? I'm also gonna add a cold-air intake...eventually.

agreed...i have a 2012 v6 with the lfx...and mustang outweighs it by quite a bit....if the camaro went on a diet and lost like 400 pounds i would be happy but oh well it is what it is....love the mustang and the camaro....challenger looks most retro out of the three but the v6 challenger just sucks too heavy and rear end isnt geared aggressive at all....but i guess thats why mustang is the fastest out of the v8 and v6 versions and camaro is second in both versions and challenger is last

and the challenger hasnt been selling worth a shit if you look at the sales figures from past couple years.....i love my camaro but at the red light next to the new v6 stang i would lose for sure power to weight ratio is just better than the camaros

so far the only camaro's i've ever seen (except for one) have been v6 rs models. as for feeling benign, i've never heard of that. but then again, i hear the automatics that gm puts into it's sports cars (cts-v, corvette, camaro) are simply terrible and to stick to the manuals at all cost... maybe if you had driven the manual you would have liked it better steve. as for me, i would never buy this car. it's too big, too heavy, and too brash. my money would be with the more expensive 335i.
