Thanks for the video. On my 2010 E63 AMG you have to hold the phone button and ok button when its on the trip screen, also it needs to be on the odometer screen for five seconds (the trip screen will go off while your pressing the phone and ok buttons) to get into the service section to clear the service once it has been performed.
