I own a 2008 S63 AMG and this car is worth every penny. Not afraid of repairs. The new ones dont look like like S classes no more and I think this is the greatest s class ever. The AMG is the ultimate.

The 2010 S Class doesn't have Napa leather. That's for lower models. It has Passion leather or optional Exclusive Passion leather.

I Hate luxury cars with grey interior especially on a silver Mercedes I passed up on a lot of clean and well maintained W221 2010-2011(I like the bulletproof M273 V8) S Class because they were optioned with grey interior give me any other color but grey and im happy honestly and truthfully that stupid and awful word hybrid destroyed a great car like the W221 S Class I'm glad Mercedes came to their senses and stopped making that garbage every hybrid I see are a ton of issues that's very expensive to maintain I love the W221 S Class but that S400 ain't worth buying I won't buy a 2012-2013 S Class either I passed on a lot of those as well I just heard too many horror stories about the M278 bi turbo V8 if you're searching for a S Class your safest and best bet would be to get a 2010-2011 although I had a 2007 S550 that only had regular maintenance issues with it I sold it because it had ABC suspension

Totally agree w u, the W221 is abt the last real classy Mercedes S class, newer models r just having less & less wood & leather, but more plastics.

this guy is great...thanxs man for the info.. but i have the 2008 4 matic looove this car. never gonna get rid of her. i did get the tranny rebuilt ..only did it cuz im doin a florida round trip .. and the old tranny had 175k on her that trip would have ended the trans lol so to have it rebuilt gives ya that peace of mind.

Steering vibration main cause is either misaligned front wheels or very minute bend on one front wheel rim. I had this experience few times when i hit a Pot hole!

My first time ever owning a s-class 600. I love how I look everything about it, but the previous owner did not take care of the car so I'm dealing with some issues, gas leak, the air conditioner blower and other things, but that only comes from the person that used to own the car that did not take care of it and on top of that dealing with the dealership, they don't want to hold their end of the bargain which is coming for a dealerships, but if I didn't have those issues 👍🏽👍🏽

The W221 s class is by far my favorite Mercedes Benz I have 2 of them a 2007 S550 with the dreaded abc suspension and a 2011 Sport with the airmatic suspension the facelift model is more desirable to me than the preface lift model I like my 2011 better because it is black on black
