Aside from sabi ni OP, check nyo rin kelan ang last change ng transmission oil, change mo na rin, di naman ito kamahalan at less fluid change na rin compared to engine oil. I also suggest to check your tire pressure, always follow the tire pressure indicated sa door jamb, 30PSI at least when tire is cold. You can go 32-33 PSI when cold for more fuel economy,, ang drawback lang if di ka sanay sa 32-33 PSI ng tire ay slightly maalog sya, pero kung sa city ka lang, comfortable naman. Wag kalimiutan, change oil every 6 months pag sa pinas.
Tama, walang pinagkaiba ang altis 2008-2010, same lang. 2008-2010 is 10th gen, 2011-2013 is 10.5th gen (yung facelifted na altis), aside from the facelift ng 10.5 gen, bago na rin yung engine, ZR series na at dual VVTI. Yung 2.0V variant ng 2011 altis ay CVT ang gamit. Matipid sa gas yung CVT, 9-10km sa city, 15-18km sa highway.
