I just bought one for my 2011 Ford Raptor with the 6.2 liter engine. my truck is tuned and highly built up. I will post a review of my experience with it. Great , informative video!

After installation: My modded 2011 Raptor is absolutely operating better with the pedal commander installed. I started out on Sport mode on max power and found it a bit too touchy, backed down the setting to city mode at #2 power level and has dramatically improved pedal response and the transmisson shifts perfectly. My experience is that this works quite well, you will need to experiment with the settings to determine were your truck or car is happiest, throttle wise. Happy miles!

I'm searching for as used one. I'm going to hop up my vespa..I hear it will keep up with gsxr 600 after. My girlfriend rides a 600 katana and it's hard to keep up now

I have one. On a Ford Raptor. Don't call it a gimmick or fake. Huge difference from with to without. You can't duplicate what it does by just pressing the gas pedal harder. It does something. No doubt. I loved it at first. That being said, I've had it on for 2 years. I started noticing odd shifting, especially down shifting, or not shifting, at odd times. Like to the point I thought something was f*cked up. I took the Pedal Commander off, and my problems are gone. I don't go by what people "say" ---- I go by what I actually experience, and that is what I've experienced. Did it start to malfunction? Cause havoc with ECU even though it's "not supposed to"? No idea. But as of now, I'm glad it's off.

I love you just “unplugging the throttle connector” is a 2 second job I’ve been fighting it for 30 minutes the red tab DOES NOTHING

I agree, I actually saw on a video once you push the red tab up you push in where the red tab was as you pull. I know, a year later.

can’t get my throttle switch off at all seems like it’s glued on there even if i flip the red switch up, have the same truck. any tips lol? s

an easy hack way is cut the plugs, twist the ends together, dont use a wire nut just tape it, and try to fucking hide the mess in a place no one servicing it would think to look

@@WeekendWarriors87 If you have a Ford with Sport mode, I'd pass on this. I'd rather use Ford's engineering for a sportier feel instead of tricking the computer as to the pedal position.

The factory driving modes like Sport or Tow/Haul change a couple different parameters in truck, most of which seem to be related to altering transmission shift points and the way the motor revs. The Pedal Commander only changes throttle response, but the changes are very noticeable and it can be used on top of the factory driving modes. I think some folks will really like this extra bump in pedal feel, but it certainly isn't for everybody.

@@WeekendWarriors87 Unless it would fit your new truck, no its not worth the cost. I do think its a cool mod and I'm not against it. Just not something im putting on my Super Duty anytime soon.

Did you guys try it on the 17 superduty? If so was there a good improvement on the diesel engine?

We haven't yet checked this out on our 2017 superduty but based on how the pedal commander works, i'm assuming you'd see a good improvement. If we plug it into the 2017 and give it a test we'll let you know the results!

I have it on my 2017 6.7 F250 4wd. It is very responsive but it does lag on the "slam" of the throttle. It seems to respond better if do a quick throttle over slamming it.
