Very Pretty Vessel , you didn’t mention Propulsion but the well Equipped and set up Pilot House got my Attention unfortunately for myself. i do not have a Small Enough Family for that Layout and we like multiple EnSuite Staterooms to accomodate us plus i like to use one just for a Office /possible temporary guest room in a Pich plus standup Engine Rooms
Yes a real disappointment; most 28 footers have these assets. Real boats have dedicated servant quarters, I guess you will just have to keep searching craigslist for that once and a life deal that meets your needs and budget.
