Bro excellent step by step diagnostics. Mine didn’t start even after the ether/starter spray. So I’m going to see if maybe it’s the crankshaft position sensor. Car was sitting for 3 months, cranked but no start even with the car boosted. All fuses checked.
True but most people are not mechanically inclined enough to go looking for the fuel rail. It’s very easy to find the air box though. The easier the better
I have 2011 328 Xi and my car is wanting to start and only cranks. I have had the Fuel module replaced. But my car window on that side when it rains gets water in it from it being fixed if it gets wet a little would it not start or if it gets on the wires give it an issue not starting by chance? You have one of the best videos explaining step-by-step instructions. I wish you were in Maryland I would ask you to help me work on my car as my Mechanic. Sometimes water can do that but it’s not common for that to happen. If I was close to the car I could do some diagnosis to help find the problem. How about fuses and fuel pump itself?

Hi, i need help with my car problem, the problem is my car crank but won't start, i checked injector signal, there's no signal, i checked ignition coil, there's also no signal, then i checked all fuse and relay, there's no fault. After that i checked all the wiring on engine, there's no problem with the wire harness, lastly i checked the ecm/ecu, i bring it to ecu repair shop they checked no faulty and i pay charge for checking usd60, after that, i try to start again, its still won't start, then i bring the ecm/ecu again to the bmw agent for checking with charge usd100, they also said there's no faulty with the ecu/ecm. I checked the fuel pump its working, i checked the pressure of fuelpump its working perfect. I checked the immobiliser, also no problem, Im still wondering with the problem and why my ignition coil and injector no power and no signal. Fault code on obd is P0341, P101b and P1061 , i tried clear, after a few minutes its appear again, anyone know what the problem? My car BMW 320i E90 2006, engine N46
having a problem with my 2008 bmw 535xi battery was replaced and not coded at the time I crank it and the car turn on for 20 second and then turn off, after I got that I got someone to come and code th battery but still won't turn on so I got the car scanned and it through code and got them cleared but one that said low fuel pressure sensor. I then replaced this and retried but nothing. for a moment I looked and thought it would maybe be my ibs so disconnected it to and tried again and nothing it cranks but won't turn over, I have checked my both of my fun box to see if anything is wrong but every check out to be good. any advice or help?
Have you checked if you are receiving fuel in the engine bay? There is an easy way to do that by using a tiny tipped screw driver to press the pressure point in the engine bay by the injectors. U can also do what I did with the starter fluid. If the car starts then dies, u will know that the problem is your fuel

I got a 2003 bmw 745li and it would not start it cranks but nothing about a week ago I tried the ether spray and it would start I hear the fuel pump work but this week it would not spray with starting fluid I even replaced the crankshaft sensor any ideas?
I hope you have not flood the engine with starter fluid. That is the risk of using too much of it. But it seems like you have a fuel problem so first check all fuel fuses and relays. If they check out then it is your fuel pump. P.s if you can hear the fuel pump, it doesn’t mean it is good. It can be weak and u will still hear it.. so change fuel pump if all fuses and relays checks out. That’s my suggestion
@@straight-to-the-point4667 shouldn’t the engine start with starting fluid I only spray like one second of it and nothing the fuel pump fuse is good I’m out of ideas
