Yup, but I would recomend instead of this 5"23"i to go with 528i, same year ofc, but 528i have 52hp more, this is 3.0l engine the same as 528i wich is allso 3.0l gasoline engine, so registration etc will be identical depends where u live ofc... im not talkning about 528i with 2.0l petrol engine, that is from 2012y, if u looking 2011 than this 528i, not that this is bad, but basicaly identical engine exept u get gratis 50+hp for identical price, 528i is allso atmospheric engine so no Turbo like this one allso
what is the real fuel economy on this car in the city center ? .. im looking into it but i drive only in the city center all the time and i dont know what to expect since i only owned diesels up to now
11-12l depends on trafic Jam, 13 allso, I get from 11 to 12 max, not that big of trafic but there are other cars so... speaking from 528i 3.0l allso 2011, identical engine without Turbo ofc, 535i have Turbo 523 and 528 dont, so not to get confused ^_^ u get just 50+hp more 😈, but ofc u need to keep ur car in condition, im not talking about cars that are not don services on time, meybe someone will tell its little for 3.0l engine couse u have 2.0l engines that runs 10l easly in city, this consuption is true, I added .5liters more so u know it, in some 100th km passed i ended uo using 10.5 liters sometime, but that is gentle drive so i dont hurry anywhere, so 11-13l with services done on time, in this 5 series with 520i and 528i from 2012 allso 2.0l engine u will get allmost identical fuel consuption, couse this car is near 1800kg of weight without driver and passanger, so 2t allmost with 2 ppl in it, thats why I went with 3.0l engine, I have enougt to register it so why not to have that extra bit of hp, and 3.0l are more quieter at higher speeds, couse they can handle big weight of car better, dont bother that if u see 2l engine have same torque as 3l engine, its becouse of 1 or 2 small turbos, this is atmospheric engine so not turbo so a bit cheaper to run allso, running this car will cost u as much as 528i with 2l petrol engine, or i schould say mine is 528i 3.0l and when I put on paper at the end of year it is identical cost 5% literaly difference, if we dont look just at breaks and suspension 3.0l engines car have stronger and a bit bigger becouse of the weight of the engine it self, but the rest is allmost the same price, and plus 528i 2l engine u have turbos even thought they are small but u still need to mantain them so u pay more for what u get less, but yeah fuel consuption again in mine particular 528i 3.0l. I dont drift that much anymore like when bought it so...😅 11-13 for u 13 meybe mine dont go with my leg on padle abowe 12l... city ofc..
@@bmwforlife1051 thanks .. im a mechanic so servicing is mpt that expensive for me and also 3l are much more reliable.. i was just scared about mpg since i live in europe and prices of fuel here are just crazy
