I never cared for Cadillac's until I saw the CTS-V now I'am in love

the rear end on this thing is GORGEOUS!!

This young guy gives the best demonstrations. I've viewed several of his demos and they are the best. Very detailed. If ever I decide to buy a CTS-V. I will drive to Monroe, NC and buy from this guy.

We've had our CTS-V coupe since May 2011 and it's a great American car! The mpg has actually gotten better than what the sticker says; but who would buy one for economy? It's simply a luxury rocket!!

Thank you Kyle, I have been patiently waiting for this video to be uploaded, was looking forward to it greatly. The sound of those engine revs when you had the hood up was orgasmic with the supercharger sound, you can just HEAR the sheer power of this vehicle. It is nice to see an American car not only competing in but dominating a field once again.

the edgy design, the amazing curves, in fact it does not gets boring for watching the car, i saw it once in person with the same color in this video, and OMG it was freaking astonishing. i don't have the enough words to describe the car, it's like one of a kind, and super fast, luxury. everything in it is complete. a total complete perfect car. a total Cadillac

this car looks so much better in person, before I saw it in person I was not a huge fan of the fact that the rear of the car was so high up but i fell in love with it after seeing it in person.

GM has REALLY stepped their game up with this. There has never been a caddy I would spend my hard earned money on, but this V coupe may be worth the price. Luxurious, fast, and seems to be well put together. The detailing is excellent. Bravo General Motors !!

Love Cadillac, currently driving a 2012 CTS sedan, can't wait for the ATS and the ATS v-coupe!!

this car is like a diamond

this key thing feels so much better than a push to start. it has a really nice feel to it, rather than a plastic button or metal button that doesnt give you the thrill of twistin it up

I noticed a theme for today's videos! Coupes!

and the coolest part is the chaser LEDS under the needles, which also makes it really easy to see what your speed is in your peripheral (it's an arc of a certain length instead of a line). but they just look super cool on start up

i´m not a fan of Chevrolet/GM/Cadillac Cars but i have to say that they have improved a looooooooooot! This car is amazing.

My mom just got a V in raven black, 2013.... best car ever. So powerful its unrealistic. Its very tough not to wanna trash every stang or ricer I pull up to. But in this you know your gonna win so you don't waste the gas!!

GM may not be the most respected automotive company these days, but with cars like this they give you a reason to keep them in consideration. This just may very well be the best American vehicle you buy right now.

Thanks for the info on the sunroof. Is there a way to convert the sunroof to slide back for open air? Dealer or aftermarket?

I didn't like the look of this car at first, but it's grown on me over the course of the video. And holy crap, 556 HORSEPOWER? WOW. It also seems like the car has every feature imaginable. Very nice.

Very nice video of a really sweet car! :D Did this one have the ambient lighting? I couldn't tell, but if it did, that would have been a nice thing to show. Below the wood trims on the doors (above the release button) and below the trim above the glovebox, there's an LED light pipe that illuminates the gap underneath the wood grain trim. It's really pretty at night!

I try not to repeat myself and I also try to be positive: The car is tastefully and beautifully designed in and out. Moreover this passionate, ruby like colour resonates well with the character of the design. To continue my positively about the ridiculously wasteful power-train, hopefully the model will attract enough buyers' interests in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Sheikdom of Kuwait and the friendly Emirates of the Persian Gulf to secure its survival in the market.

what happens if the car is already started and then it gets to far away from the remote, will it just shut off?

so, what happens if you run out of battery power from lets say storage in a garage because your on a vacation, how do you unlock the car....

Does anyone know if the backup camera display can be used without putting the car in reverse...say you get pulled over and you want to see the police car on the video without putting the car into reverse. Also, can that backup display be used while driving normally to see behind you. thanks.

This is like the only GM vehicle I would consider buying if I had the money, it actually looks like it is built well. I'm not a fan of that rear end especially in person.

been a ctsv fan forever. btu teh door handle hole. if they would have doen like corvette of the 70's where the hole is covered. until you depress it. and you access door handle. OMG RWD finally. a caddy hotrod lol. i love it. i want it now

@EliteSlayer542 I'm not sure, but the 1980 Mercedes SEL 300 I had, the steering wheel was made with very fine leather, and was the best steering wheel I ever felt.

Love the vid Kyle, if I was rich enough to buy the car and be able to fill 'er up all the time, I would! One thing I'd like to note, though, you might wanna check the focus settings on your camera. Sometimes your shots look a tad blurry (like the exhaust shot, for example). Still, loved the car nonetheless! =)

@lhrmeonom Yeah, you're right. There's only about 1,100 Maybachs in the whole United States. Last month, Ford sold over 1,300 F-Series per day. Last year, Maybach sold only 63 cars in the US. Last year on average, Ford sold about 60 F-Series every hour!

Ok, let me get this straight, the CTS-V wagon you reviewed had a manual transmission, but the coupe has an automatic... A little backwards there, isn't it?

How do you get the door open if your battery is dead??

@MrKhawal69 It has to come down because the glass is up against the roof metal when the door is shut, if it doesnt come down it will break from it being up against the roof.
