I like the lights in the bottom of the front bumper. Never thought of that before, I’m thinking of doing that myself along with grille lights on my 2011. I’ve already got wig-wags in all the factory lights as well as a small visor light
The visor lights are Feniex, the grill lights are federal signal and the rear center lights are whelen dash king leds, beside the whelen dash kings are amazon knock off dash lights. The center top light bar is a off led light bar and the side window lights are mini phantoms.

that would be depending on your state/locality. Normally it wouldnt be. alot of security company run amber/white in their cars. i know in indiana you can have amber and white facing front then have red/white facing back...only catch is you cant run down the road with them running.
Owning a police interceptor isn't illegal as it's just a vehicle. Running the same color lights or setup as local law enforcement might get you into issues but if you are only using it for POV responses it doesn't break any laws
