You would be wrong then because the judging isn't on manners, but quality.

That is not the one I would have chosen. I would have dropped him to 2nd because the pony was too too hyped up. The man at his head almost had to tie him down and sit on him. You want a pony with plenty of spirit but not one uncontrollable by the driver.

It's all fake. Double shoes, VERY tight check rein and I even think they cut the tail. It's disgusting. These people hate their horses big time.
