I really wanted the 2011 xb release series (shown here) but I'm glad we waited. We now have the 2012 XB release series and couldn't be happier. I fell in love with the color (hot lava), the fact that the emblems light up and the room.
grocgetr9 how much did you sell it for? Mileage at time of sale? I just bought this color 2011 with 117k mi. Did you have any mechanical problems with yours?
I have one! I get tailgated all the time. Love this for its practicality. Its not fast but zippy! Love this toaster, i have 177k on it and still running strong.
I would like a more upscale version of this car.The current camry 6 speed and 2.5L engine woud be nice.Would like better seats, better insulation from noise.better seats, better sound.
My sister went from a '99 RAV4 to one of these. I know why the RAV4 was geared so short (small engine, 4WD, 3,000 lb.) but no clue as to why the Scion is. It could use a 6th gear on the freeway for sure, for more MPG and less engine wear.
That color is beautiful. I don't get why most cars are all painted in such dull and drab colors...why do people want such plainness??? My first car was electric blue, and I absolutely love BMW's Laguna Seca Blue.
I really wanted a murasaki cuz what's better than rolling around in a purple car with TRD rims? Maybe one day I can buy a Camry v6 SE and paint it murasaki...love the word murasaki.
I just traded my 05 scion tc in for a 2012 scion xB white with 19" trd wheels and love it. I think the appeal is that its a love it or hate if for people. I needed room and these things are HUGE on the inside and ride smooth even with 19s :D
i love mine too keeping it forever best car money can buy .. how much Hp is urs ...? i want a little more power without turbos i wanna keep it N/A but im unsure on what modds i need if you have any info plz let me know thanks.
If you dont like the xb why even watch the video? Wth your oppinions dont mean squat because im sure you type in the car you like and ppl hate to, point is you dont drive it so dont comment it and if you dont like it den dont buy it common sense
they're ugly but they're reliable i had one of these then went to an fj cruiser then to a ford f150 and all the praise the american cars are getting is because their "quality" surpasses toyota, meaning the luxurious features on the interior....but the drivetrain is still a dog .....im just happy I'm leasing
Says the guy that eventually did get a 2015 Manual. I test drove a manual and was Sold- its actually efficient AND Quick. Also these hold up a long time. I’m getting 28 to 32 city and over 34 highway. Bought with 30k in March of 2019. Plan to keep forever.
@@djkenny1202 Yeah, i have had two so far (2005&2006) and I'm looking to get a third! Scared of getting poor fuel efficiency compared to my old ones but really want to step up the ride quality and interior build! Might even get a release series 8 for $3200 (with 170K miles but hey they go forever!)
I really like it. I am really getting more like 22-25 average city. Not Great. The freeway mileage is easier to get decent 30’s mpg if you keep it below 70. Plenty of zip. It had much better crash test scores (side impact especially) than XB 1’s. That is why I decided to look into one. Love the space inside . Rear quarter vision isn’t very good, blind spots on C pillars are my biggest gripe. Love the center gauges, I think all cars should have them placed there. Convinced it will be a future collectable.
he doesnt even know what hes talking about !! 8 speakers?? there is only 6 2 in rear doors 2 in the front doors and the 2 little tweaters 8???? how come he knows so much and doesn even how many speakers this car has
