He was in for most of the season, but a severe foot injury took him out. Doctor said it could result in something permanent, so he had no choice. Totally solid player taken out twice for injuries.
That's one beautiful piece of music. In my mind I keep seeing the battery march up the 50 (at Stanford). It's the hand of God casting away the devil. It takes my breath away.
After watching Greg Anderson playing this piece on piano I waited a year to see what you would do to it and wasn't disappointed . This for me is the epitome of drum corps drum line . I in the eighties used to be drum major of basildon blue eagles hence the RU-vid name . I now make GSDemons drums . In the words of the late frank Zappa "there ain't no bad music just bad musicians " you guys are truly great musicians . You made my year . Thanks again
Our drum instructor in our high school is a Dynasty representative and he showed us the new drums that SCV are getting this year. They're so sick!!! Cant wait for this year!
love that shit for sure!! drumming is ridiculously clean... pit is on point and sounds so amazing!!! i rarely get tired of watching this show, and viewing it again with this high tech media work is just fabulous!! gotta love it!!!
@beastdrummer555 - He had a serious injury during a rehearsal a few days before, where his front teeth actually went through his skin just below his bottom lip. Exposure to sunlight would have increased the scarring.
are those the spocks from PR 2010's drums? They definitely have a very distinct sound, especially with the combination of head choice and tuning. Love it.
of course pearls are better but rennick is THE man at dynasty so where ever he goes to teach, dynasty goes. they probably got a better financial deal as well. also, rennick is a boss at tuning drums and with the new drums dynasty just came out with theyre still gona sound just as good. but yea i agree with you that pearl is the best.
