In this video we are showing the whole process of an aluminum air conditioning line (pipe) repair. These is no need to buy unreasonably expensive pipes from the dealership. It can be done with a TIG welder and some patience...

It’s not a weld for those interested in beauty, but if it plugs the hole and extends the life of the AC line, it is a success in my book. Just did the same thing for my son’s Honda Accord. Worked very well and didn’t take nearly as long. 👍🏻

It is not visible in any way if installed in the vehicle, so beauty is not required. It plugs the hole, thats all that matters. Also, I am not a professional TIG welder, and probably have much less TIG experience than you do. The reason it took so long was the fear of destroying the line, as I did not have another spare line. Thank you for your honest opinion though.
