No, these engines actually last a very long time. I have a 13 Cadillac ATS4 3.6 and it lasts a long time. I'm up in Michigan so I drive it in the rain in the summer in the fall and the spring and the snow ice everything. She got already 145,000 mi and it drives like it was just out of the factory
I can’t wait to be able to afford to have a flowmaster super 10 installed on my 2018 Silverado 5.3 v8, I’d like to do true duel exhaust on it with high flow catalytic converters too .

@@poop_guy yeah but the sts v8 is slower and less reliable those northstar so it really comes down to personal preferance v8s arent the end all be all lol
