Hello! I have a problem where the clutch engages, but the radiator fan doesn't turn on. However, when I remove the clutch relay, both fans turn on. What could be the issue? There is enough refrigerant in the AC system
@@jesusoscar76 That particular fuse is the one that burns, I increased the amperage to 15, it worked for a few seconds and burned it, I increased it to 20 amp and the same, I increased it again to 25, it worked longer but it no longer blew the fuse, but that no cold air was blowing. I have checked wires for any short circuit and there is nothing strange.
Hey man, I need some help, if both parts of my Compressor spin no matter if the a/c is turn on or turn off, that means that the Compressor is not working right?
no sir, my fiance is having the same problem on her cruze right now actually what that means is the ac clutch is stuck and will not free up, so in theory you'll have too get a new ac compressor I've been searching online all morning for just a clutch and can't find them anywhere, autozone, orielly, advance, or napa. but what I've though about doing myself is Monday calling chevy an seeing if a 2012 cruze is all the same because I can find the clutch for it all day online if it is then shell have ac but some models have fuel improvment and and some don't and some have a cvc and some don't so if you decide too do like I am make sure you know what your car has and doesn't have
My hang ups is. All the fuses, and relays are good, but the 40 amp fuse keep blowing when a the van come on for a few seconds. Any ideas of what may be the problem?
so, i checked with an AC refiller valve, and it has 3 colors, white for no preassure, green for good preassure, and red for high preassure (i guess), and when i checked my low preassure port it was on red, could that mean my compressor is not working fine?
Low pressure port is read with AC running. The pressure on low & high equalizes after about 3 hours when engine shuts off. You are reading Static pressure which can still help tell if charge level is good. For example at 80F should be about 86PSI.
Hello, my air conditioning is not working in my 2012 Chevy Cruze. No air is blowing when set on cool or hot. Also, my turn signals aren't working, my low beams don't turn on, and my car won't manually lock when I press the lock button on my key but it will honk. I am assuming this is due to an electrical issue. I did everything you suggested in this video but the problems still exist. Any other suggestions?
Did you ever resolve this issue? Im having the same exact problems but only one of my brake lights stay on. I can use my high beams but not my low beams. I can't unlock car with alarm but with key it will open and i can set alarm with button still. My ac does not work at all. My front right blinker is out and so if the back left. Im killing myself with this problem!
Hello my compressor come on but the cooling fan won’t come on I replaced AC condenser was working for 2 days I checked refrigerant charge and is fine, what do you think?
if you never figured it out theyre are several relays and fuses for the cooling fan in the engine bay fuse box compartment, if you look at the inside of the fuse box lid after you take it off it will tell you which relays and fuses are what and where they are. i use too be a mechanic and dealt with this same issue daily i almost guarantee its gonna be a blown fuse or bad relay but don't forget too also check the voltage at the fan plug and make sure it's getting the proper volts I believe it's 12v on the hot side and should also have ground on the other wire, if its a 3 prong/wire plug then you have a low and high speed fan and youll have too figure out which one is which and check the voltage of both. if you have no volts its a relay but if the connector has power and it still won't turn on its gonna be the fan assembly itself is bad hope this helps if you haven't figured it out!

Hey my compressor and clutch are spinning at the same time even when I have AC button on off..it blow out fine but doesn't get cold and for some reason fan isn't clicking on unless I pull the red 10amp fuse for fan ..mid bottom there are 2 for my car right next to one another..oh yea I have a 2011 cruze ..help please ...dealer advisor tell me it's the compressor but I don't think so .. OMg! So, we recently bought a chevy cruze and the ac wasn't working so we bought a ac compressor along with the switch and it still wasnt working. then, we checked the fuses and it was a fuse.. We were so annoyed but happy at the same time. All of that time and effort for a fuse!
Good video my friend the pulley on the ac compressor Dara no turn freely and when I tur the car the ac compressor cluch spins all the time even when the ac is tur off have no cold air What could it be should I Change the compressor or just the clutch
