The women would often be seen leaving the men's tents wearing parts of their uniforms such as combat boots. So basically Donnie is saying "Your mama is a prostitute" or in modern terminology 'a hoe'. It's a clever joke that would go over kids' and most adult's heads. It's also in character for him to know such obscure information and make a joke his brothers wouldn't understand. 😂
