This video was a life saver for me tonight! Really appreciate the help. We’ve been checking the interior fuses and didn’t realize the fuse we blew was on the exterior. I think we had the exact same problem with the harness being incorrect 😂
@@nickhernandez4657 I was literally doing the same thing as you and I ended up getting the info from a 2012 Internet forum, that’s why I did the video, I’m glad the video helped
Awesome video man i was Lowkey scared i tried to install a screen too and then my radio will stop working. Btw did you end up installing that screen and how?
@@dylanzea6826 thanks man I appreciate it, yes I did, once I got the right wiring harness from the manufacturer it worked perfectly, it was pretty much plug and play, the only thing I had to mess with was the programming for the steering wheel buttons as well as the IMID screen stayed on after completely turning off the car because of the programming as well, apparently that stereo unit control a lot more than just the speakers 🤕
@@enrriquegoncalves5236yes that happened to me too man, btw how is your sound quality ? Because when i drive it start glitching and sounds terrible, is there a way to adjust the sound quality on this thing?
@@dylanzea6826 unfortunately as far as I know no, because it’s has to do with the ram/rom capacity you bought the screen with, for example a 2gb ram 32gb rom screen on wireless CarPlay will give you those issues 90% of the time you are driving, but a 4gb ram 64rom will have them maybe on the first 2-5 minutes every time you drive then will go away completely or won’t give you those issues at all
GOOD VIDEO,,BUT THE WIPERS,,,ARRRRRRRRR,,,LIKE NAILS SCRATCHING BACK BOARD,,LOL..PUT THE PROPER RATED FUSE IN,,OR IT WILL BURN SOMETHING IN CASE OF A SHORT...
