@@jalenc233 you do know this Celtics-Heat series was close as well right??... Game 2 went to OT... Game 4 went to OT, Game 5 came down to that clutch 3 by Pierce, game 6 was a blowout because of LeBron and game 7 is also close as well until LeBron took over late in the 4th... Only game 1 & 3 is not that interesting but it wasn't as much as a blowout than game 6
@@kylec.8350 bruh they got lucky winning 1 like stop lmao Who were they beating for another 2-3 titles? San Antonio? Nope L.A. ? Nope Dallas? Nope They would have lost to a baby KD/Westbrook/Harden too 😪
Ray Allen so professional , just pure respect for a guy who is all hard work and just want to win , no sourgraping just pure talent and professionalism
@@chilldoc9638 Shaq was in the East in 2007 with the Heat and Kobe was getting bounced out the First Round by the Suns. The last time KG faced Tim Duncan in the playoffs was in 2001 so how are you going to say they ran him out? Lol. Also, the Timberwolves are arguably the worst franchise in NBA history. There's a reason why the Timberwolves always get brought up when there's talks of future expansion teams and teams being replaced such as the Timberwolves getting replaced by the SuperSonics.
lbj ,cb and dwade are the real big time superstars that deserves a million. unlike today with super high salary but plays like a role player, ben simmons for one.
Why the fuck do the celtics suck always giving up 3-2 leads Vs orlando 2009 had 3-2 lead lost Vs lakers 2010 finals had 3-2 lead lost Vs heat 2012 had 3-2 lead lost DAM THE CELTICS OLD AS FUCK CANT CLOSE OUT SHIT
Celtics-Heat had a great rivalry in 2011-2012 (obv Heat won both) but the series were still good. I wish, however, that we would've been able to see the Celtics big 3 in their prime vs. the Heat big 3 who were in their prime during 2011-2012. Celtics were much older at this point and still went to game 7, hella impressive tbh.
Honestly even the 2008 Celtics against the 2012 Heat wouldn’t be that good because KG was at the end of his prime Paul Pierce was 30 and Ray Allen was 32. However, if u put KG when he was in Minnesota, Paul Pierce when he was averaging 25 ppg and a prime Ray Allen with a rising Rondo. I think the Celtics have a good chance of winning because they pushed the Heat to 7 games at 34, 35 years old, imagine if they were in their prime.
@@jameslighthouse hes not salty, he speaks his mind. Only other clowns like Nick Wright think pierce is hating. Every player has an opinion on certain things
Crazy to see how much the league has changed with their rules. That and - one continuation from dwade wouldn’t have couldn’t. That lebron ally oop would’ve been a tech. All these mid range jumpers wouldn’t be taken. League in general has gotten soft. Back then these teams actually hated each other. Now none there’s none of that same energy
The Celtics lasted longer at the elite level than the Lakers did. If not for another big three at their primes Miami Heat, they could have another shot at the finals. Meanwhile Lakers got swept in 2011 and never been at the top ever since lol.
@@azzizzsallahh Durant is a Superstar, this old Allen is not. When Durant retires he'll easily be a top 10 of all time, Allen not even top 25. So there's enough reason why people criticized Durant si much.
@@azzizzsallahh that's because Ray Allen is no more than a old spot-up shooter at this moment of his career, Allen is 37 yr old when he joined the heat, while KD is still a Prime Superstar when he went to 73-9 team,, the team he blew a 3-1 lead, the team that humiliated him, he joined few months after the humiliation. What kind of superstar would do that?? Only Durant, and noone else. Jordan didn't join the Pistons, Lebron didn't join the Celtics, Dirk didn't join Lakers or Spurs, But K🐍D did, joined the Warriors.
Still don’t get why Lebron fans discredit bosh this man wasn’t a scrub, if Lebron makes his teammates better how come every player become nobody after playing with them (klove/bosh)
They have to keep up the narrative that LeBron only won because of LeBron. LeBron never won anything without at least another All Star on his team. Even his first stint at Cleveland he had Williams, who was one of the best shooters in the league, and Ilgauskas yet his fans will continue to say LeBron had no help at Cleveland. Hell, they'll even say his Miami team wasn't great... But that's what they have to say to save face from the disgrace that was LeBron's 2011 finals performance.
A lot of changes Erik Spoelstra would of been fired The Heat would moved one of the Big 3 (Bosh most likely) The Celtics Big 3 doesn't get broken up so Allen doesn't join The Heat LeBron's legacy takes a big hit A good chance he doesn't win at all in Miami If he still goes back to The Cavs and they still win in 2016 it will be looked at the only reason why LeBron won cause everything had to go right and Green got suspended
@@BViper24 well what about GSW's future then??... That would not have happened if Boston win the series because well OKC would have won most likely in 2012 and James Harden would stay put in OKC with KD and Russ, meaning KD would have stayed in OKC in 2016 since they retain Harden...
They were leading most of the game... They were also up double figures late in the 1st half as well but Lebron and Wade take over in the 4th whereas the old big 3 was gassed with all the mileage... I think the series would have been different if Jermaine Oneal was healthy or Jeff Green didn't suffer from heart problems this season
Wheres the sportsmanship there? Garneth, pierce and rondo's sorry ass go straight to the locker room without giving a handshake to the opponent who gave them a great 7 game of basketaball.
KG and Rondo were so salty they didn't even shake hands with the Heat. Ray Allen was tellin them Heat boys (hey bro I'm coming to join you next year so we I can win another chip lol.😅).
As far as I remember, Jeff Green was out for the season due to heart problems... If he was there, he would have been a great contributor for Boston... Jermaine Oneal was out as well with injuries and veteran presence would have helped and boost Celtics bench... Marquis Daniels suffered life and death situation as well in this season for Boston... Still this Celtics squad took the Heat all they could handle despite being depleted and old
@@alexiscando5709 i think boston celtics need perkins defence alot of the basket of james was in the rim because some of the players in boston has low iQ for defence except kg
Well, this is their last run though... 2 Eastern conference championship, 3 ECF appearance in 5 years and a title... They did good and they saw it was their time
