Can anyone agree that the second gen vios engine sounds a bit like the innova?

My wife drove Peugeot 406 D8 and crashed into this exactly Vios model 2 year ago. It just slow crash not big crash. Lucky that no one hurt from crash. Peugeot 406 was only little damage on colour that I didn't repair it. But the Vios rear bumper, boot lid, rear lights are completely damage. I must say Toyota is very light car and not that safe. Europe cars more safer. Thank you.
