2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT seat belt replacement

Excuse me I have a question,I had a accident and my air bag popped out and my seatbelt got stuck I already bought new pair of seatbelts and I just wanted to know if by putting the new pair would they get stuck again? Thanks a lot and great video

Was your screw at the top ridiculously tight? How did you get it off?
