In this video, I show you how to replace the window motor WITHOUT REMOVING THE REGULATOR and/or window. It's a much easier process. I don't know how universal this process is on other vehicles, but I was also able to do the same exact thing on a 1999 Acura Integra GS-R. In hindsight, a small mirror on an extension would've been extremely helpful.

You don’t have to struggle in the door panel removing the 3 screws just remove the last one holding the unit to the door it then comes out and you can get to the back 3 screws a lot easier

I followed your video to change the motor on my Ford focus thank you it was very helpful. Is there any reason you can't take the three screws out and put them back in while you have the whole module pulled down because it is a lot more accessible? That is what I did and it seemed to be easier.

Thank you for the video. I did the passenger side, and I was able to take it out and install it. I was struggling to get the upper screw that goes into the metal frame and to one of the hole of the motor.
