The Mom-Mobile 2013 Honda Odyssey had one last problem to solve: a non-latching driver's seat belt! I was able to get it working, at least for now, but it may just simply be worn out. Fingers crossed!
My telescoping magnet gets lots of use!🤣 It that a lighted telescoping magnet? I sure could use one of those. Deep Creep is a good penetrant. A local independent tech I know swears by it. Have a safe and happy camping trip!
Just to let you know and anyone who may watch this in the future - Honda has a LIFETIME seatbelt warranty. Honda will repair or replace any seat belt component that fails to function properly during normal use. So you can just call up the dealer and they can fix it free of charge.
There's a rare, diesel Chevette for sale near me, which I am considering because my Metro is losing it's ability to climb steep hills with economy gearing including first gear and declining torque in both the engine and clutch. There is also an older Metro, a '91, with a different body than my '98, and this Chevette. But do they have A/C like mine? I do find I can get a bit more low end torque out of the engine with smaller plug gaps.
The diesel Chevette might not have AC, but power steering (I think) was at least standard on the diesels. From what I hear though, 0-60 is best measured with a sundial!
