Helaas hebben we de stempelpoten niet bedienbaar /werkend kunnen krijgen. Als we met volle last over een poot draaien staat er 83 kg druk op. De afmeting van de kokerbalk is zo klein dat alleen de dunne hydrauliekslangen van Leimbach de buigradius in de balk aan kunnen. Helaas kunnen deze de enorme druk niet aan.
dat is wel jammer ja maar zoveel ruimte heb je niet in een stempelbalk om er iets in te stoppen kan je de ballast van 50kg er wel aanhangen aan de bovenwagen hydraulisch
Hiya, awesome cranes. How did you construct the boom and work out the hydraulic rams for raising the jibb. I'm working on designing the LTM11200-9.1 mobile crane.
The boom is made from stainless steel and the hydraulic cilinders I design my self. Because of the weight of the boom we need 50 bar to push up the boom. So try to keep your weight of the boom down to a minimum ;-)
Hiya, ok cool. I was thinking of making the hydraulic rams using brass and threaded rod so it unwinds to lift boom and screws in to lower. How did you secure the kingpin on the main turret to stop it from bending so it can rotate. I was thinking of putting a drive motor ( 550 size brushed) on the drive axles. What drive power would you recommend being the vehicle length being about 36 inches.
gaat de stempels naar beneden door een electromotor in de stempel en een spindel zo ja is deze in staat om de kraan van 75 kg van de grond af te krijgen

If you have checked my website you have seen fases of the build of the crane.The only things I bought where the electro motors, tires, bearings, rope and parts of the electronics for the radio controle.It is NOT a kit you can buy in a store.
