YOU dont need Fore unless you are making over 850wheel. Sai Li budget kit fine and cheaper.

Why didn't you go with Sai Li racing budget e85 fuel system. Good to 850wheel

maximus vonce After talking to a few different tuners, they were a little skeptical about tuning my set-up with the Sai Li kit. They were right. I already maxed out the stock fuel rail with the Fore kit. Level 1 kit with stock rails, runs to the regulator then the rails. That caused my fuel trims to be rich down low, but lean up top. So I switched out rails and run the fuel from the pump to the rails, then to the regulator and back to tank. Problem solved. Now I can slam all the jam in it.

Well calling it reliable is tough. Anytime you add boost you have risk. You can pretty much max out Gen 1 power with 93 octane but E85 is a safer fuel against detonation plus it helps cooling so E85 is good as long as you dont get crazy.

What would be the most ideal rwhp on a stock gen 1?

Ideal, I like REAR WHEEL TORQUE around 500 maybe a little higher, rwhp 580 to 620. As long as you have cooling mods you are pretty much good but torque is the big thing not so much rwhp. THANK YOU!

So I was thinking the Paxton 2200/boss 302 manifold , what injectors do I run ? Or would the injectors in the kit be fine ? I’m kinda new to this so sorry if it’s a dumb question lol thanks

Because it is a draw through on the paxton/vortech on the 3V you cant use a blow off to do what you are asking about. You could run an overdrive crank which would allow it to come in quicker though... but without changing the supercharger pulley your boost will increase.

Brenspeed I get that but how would I limit to much boost reaching the motor? I'd love to spin it fast to get better low end just don't want to risk blowing the motor

The Gen 2 is stronger for sure and you are likely pretty good on a Gen 2 with this set up.

do LTHs make a big difference with these kits? I'm running 3.6 pulley with E85 and the tuner/shop saw knock at 22 degrees of timing? Said the back pressure from stock headers/cats was causing it?

Hard for me saying what is causing it based on your shop/car/set up etc... BUT I do love long tubes on these set ups and I really feel you wont look back after installing them. They work great and make great power. Thanks for asking and hope that helps a little.

What's safe max rwhp on Gen 1. I heard 650wheel. Is that correct?

GEN 2 short blocks not much better. Pistons are cast. Motor will blow over 700wheel. Best is forged short block.
