I'm completely baffled that no one thinks this episode is fucked up. I mean, plastic surgery is fine and all. But this episode is almost promoting it as a good thing. The message that this whole episode is delivering to it's audiences, is that, if you think you look ugly, go fix your face and you'll be a better person; instead of teaching people that you should embrace your flaws and be proud of who you are. Our society's beauty standards are so high because of how beauty is perceived by our media and that's why we get more and more girls we are insecure with their looks and seek surgery for help. When in reality, it's the soul that needs the surgery.
