@@Thefunkeemonkee they aren't on the same level as technical lifters cause they aren't aiming for that, but compared to the vast majority of college teams their the best
Preparing not just for the football field, but for the fields of combat..The Service Academies: Training the leaders of the greatest fighting force for good in the history of human kind. God Bless them all..
yeah right training them to be strong and good football players is one thing, but to fight for humanity pfft c'mon more like to fight for israel and bankers lol
I can tell if a football team has a good strength and conditioning program. It is based on how well the athletes perform the Olympic lifts. West Point Football Team has a great S&C program and coach. Well done!!! I have never seen so many football players do the cleans as well as these Cadets. Their cleans are not as perfect as top level Olympic lifters, but these guys do them 100x better than most colleges in America. Great job! And congrats on sinking Navy at the last Army-Navy Game.
@Inigo Montoya You think a military academy is gonna let their cadets use PEDs when even people in the military get busted for it? I think it's fair to say they're just genetic freaks at the D1 level
***** Strength speed intelligence, commitment, endurance, coordination, motivation and loyalty are not evenly distributed. The best football talents go to other schools. The best men go to service academies.
Thank you for the inspiring. Music Americas warriors deriving true inspiration thank you and for the drive of work. thank you for dedication this is what our tax dollars are for , to build invincible warriors inside and out these are our thousand points of light.
"the Rookie, out of Yeshiva University, Moshe Shlepper, Runs for Daylight! The Right Guard, out of Baruch Business College, Chayim Chochkallah, Directing Traffic on that Last play." "He runs to Midfield, where the Middle Linebacker, Solomon Shlemiel, FLATTENS him!" Nurture vs. Nature
Anybody know what is Spovelax Training Program about? I hear lots of people become a better soccer player with Spovelax Training Program (search on google).
They dont follow a simple program, it has cycles and shit like that. Just try to lift mad reps for a couple months, lift middle reps for a couple months, then loft low reps for a couple months maybe
It does if the unit is good. any unit at Ft Hood can use old "track shoes" as weights in addition to the regular conditioning drills (which if done properly are wonderful tabata). The unit running in formation should merely be icing on the cake.
