Dude you car is Crazy! Is it actually louder then the M6? I always hear people saying that the M6 is more Performance based and not that much on sound?
The sound is because of different manifold . The m5 /m6 are differ to the 550i/650i when you look a an m car gone for the route performance the Turbos spool better but it kills the sound . So it’s because of performance that the m cars sound different
I'm not a BMW expert by any means, but be smart is the only advice I can give you. The guy I bought the car from did not need to get rid of the car...it was a want. He is well off amd had the means to replace anything that went wrong with the car up to when I purchased it at 41k miles on the dash. Low mileage is obviously what you want. Make sure you spend the money and take it to a reputable European mechanic to check the car out before you buy it...there will be issues but it's all about what you're capable and willing to fix.

Thanks a ton. It's a beast! Simple bolt ons...Bm3 stage 2, catless downpipe, straight piped to m6 mufflers, resonator delete. Changed sparks, injectors, coolant lines, coilovers, o2 sensors, intake gaskets... No intakes or larger front mount as suggested by someone else.
Yo, simple upgrades yet, effective. Catless downpipes (Arm), straight piped from from cats to M6 mufflers, resonator delete,new sparks-injectors-turbo pumps-o2 sensors...finished with a stage 2 bootmod3 upgrade.It sounds better than most M6 I've seen. Ran against a 2022 Corvette and smoked'em...not sure what they had if any.

They can be temperamental if not taken care of. They guy I bought the car from was super rich and was able to fix everything as it unfolded. I purchased it after the issues were all taken care of...around 41k miles. Up to 89k miles now and still a beast!!! C5v are dope af too...

Well...first of all the M6 is much more money than what I paid for this beaut...and, I really haven't put that many mods on it. The guy I bought it from did a lot. I'm just finishing it off. I've spent about 11k since I bought it putting me around 41k in. Lastly, this beast sounds a whole lot better than the M6 and just as fast now!!! Stage2 tune, catless downpipe, straight piped to the mufflers, replaced the turbo coolant lines, all fuel injectors, axillary pump, co2 sensor x3, spark plugs all new, resonator delete, all coilovers, carbon fiber spoiler and a brand new wrap!!! Ok...that's a lot...lol.
