How would u power the heated/cooled seats without the buttons on the dash? I was thinking of upgrading but I don’t want to waste 1000 dollars on leather seats if the heating won’t work.
If I buy a 2016 Silverado with manual seats on the driver side can I pull the seat out and just put a new seat with power seats plug and play no problem?
Dude got it all wrong what he was saying was about the memory seats on the LTZ trucks that you can program on the door so they change depending on the driver say husband and wife seating positions Memory seats should have nothing to do with the operation of them and for the heated/cooled function you don’t need to “run a switch in the cab” buy the switch panel from an LTZ/ High Country radio bezel silver part and you’ll have the switch needed Seems like he did all that extra work where as could of just modified the plug if it was slightly different
Marc Cantrell because this truck had the same issue, but it gave us this code 19351679 passenger seat belt anchor pretensions , that fixed this problem on this truck, don’t know if it will work on yours!
