6.6 seconds? I have a 2015 f56 S hardtop , and I did 10 runs with a GPS speed machine timer and got an average of 5.7 seconds. Best was a 5.01, but that was on a slight decline. Slowest was a 6.1

I just got onr of these Manual not Auto. Absolutely brilliant car. Ive come from a Subaru WRX to an emergency cheap runner which was a 2005 Cooper R52. I fell in love with the front end turn in and the fact that it felt like you was going fast all the time. I then decided i wanted a Cooper S Twin Turbo. Its an amazing little car that gives MASSIVE rewards through a great driving experience. 5th gear at 25mph in traffic and still tons of power when you need it. Turbo comes in so early. You can drive fast and not pass 4000rpm. I love driving mine. Just wish the exhaust was a little louder. Going to get a sports exhaust and airfilter along with a remap to 260bhp next month!

I think the the torque curve or something on the LCI models. The pre-LCI models have loads of wheel spin when accelerating hard(even without launching), but when watching videos of the LCI, you barely gear tyre noise.
