I enjoyed the video. My car has the same symptoms. Is there anything I need to do first before doing it with the video? Do I just loosen the hose and tighten it again?
Just bought a 2014 Range Rover sport having and issue where vehicle keeps going Into extended mode, when i put I to access mode raises back up to extended mode any ideas ?? Nearest Land Rover is hour away ??
The vehicle will not lower when the button is pressed. The cause is a bad exhaust silica. This silica stopped up the exhaust silencer and causes this problem. You can fix it temporarily by replacing the exhaust silencer, however the compressor will need replacement
Rover Rebuilds Thank you so much for your prompt and informative response, however, im still confused as to how does the exhaust relate to the air suspension, and what exactly did you do in this video that solves the issue instantly, my car is a 2017 and barely has any mileage so I doubt the compressor needs to be replaced, could you please also guide me as to how to replace the exhaust silica,
faizisarea when your vehicle is at standard ride height and your press the down button to access mode.. the air in the system has to be exhausted to achieve access mode. Not to be confusing, when I said exhaust I was referring to the exhaust on the eas compressor. You can do some research online about replacing the silica in the eas compressor, but I have never done that. I hope this helps
Thank you very much sir, I have the same issue with my car as described in your video, what would you say is the first step to resolving this issue, should I replace the whole compressor or ask my mechanic to fix the the exhaust silica?
