Controls are
Hand gear change on side of fuel tank tank (out of view)
Throttle - right side lower lever on handlebars
Air - right side top lever on handlbars
Ignition advance/retard - left side handlebars long lever.

Cracking, great to watch. Very smooth riding style, lots of controls to juggle. The feeling of mastering them must be amazing.
