I need this for my 19 f150 but my truck didn't come with the lights so I would need a wiring harness too.

Does Ford run the wiring to the bed to install these if you don’t have existing lights? If not, how easy is it to do, and where would I get the parts?

Same question. I don’t have lights currently. Are the plugs back there or will I need to wire from the tail light?

No. Trucks that do not come with bed lights are not pre wired for them. You can buy the wiring harness and the lights ($250 😧) but still have to have the dealer turn the function “on” or do it with Forscan. That said check out the Starkey aftermarket led bedlight kit.
