Un buen amigo tiene el mismo problema cambio los dos actuator el blower Los botones y no hemos resuelto . Cuando le quitamos el plug y lo limpiamos y lo conectamos patra funciona por unos segundo y se apaga . Estuve leyendo y dice que ni que el havac software necesita un update . Alguien nos puede ayudar ? O surgieren algo ?
It’s 2021. My 2016 Peterbilt stopped heating. It turned out the cold/hot blender door Actuator had a loose mounting screw. I got access to it by simply removing the two dashboard plastic covers, behind the air brake valves. I tightened it with a T20 Torx wrench and it started working again. I learned a lot from your video. I hope someone finds my experience helpful.

I work for peterbilt and I do no recommend doing that it’s going to break again. I just replace a actuator for the temperature mode and man it’s a pain the ass but it’s working wohoo
Hola mi camión es 2017 ya acomode los actuadores, pero ahora resulta que el aire sale muy débil. El abanico está nuevo. Si lo retiro si tiene potencia. Algún sugerencia ? Que actuador hace que no tenga potencia o llevan sincronía los actuadores?
El mio 579 del 2016 y no quiere enfriar le cambie la botella negra el la valvula que va arriva de la botella le cambie el switch pressure sensor coge gas y funciona el compresor pero no quiere tirar frio asia la cabina
Sale caliente a temperatura de motor a temperatura ambiental ?? Prende el abanico? Puedes seleccionar posisiones? Puedes seleccionar el frio o caliente ?? O que es lo que hase no gastes dinero en cosas que quisas no nesesitas dale una chekiada mas a fondo

Mil discpas pero ya hase mucho tiempo de este video y no tengo fotos bro lo del tornillo fue nomas para areglarlo temporal hasta que ubiera tiempo para quitar toda la unidad y cambiamos las compuertas por unas de aluninio que conseguimos
Which one is for temperature control and which one is for vent air flow control. My truck just blowing air from the front vents. Windshield and floor vents are not working. Plz help
@@molly7871 yes it ended up being the whole hvac housing basically the whole plastic ventilation behind the dash, at first the problem was fixed with just the defrost actuator but then the whole hvac started to trip out and any air that would actually go through was coming out by the feet
Kenworth t680 don’t have a center vent actuator, you either got a bad blower fan, bad actuator, the hvac control head needs a update or something else. Bring it to my dealership we get you right !!

Carlos buenas tardes mira disculpa la pregunta pero yo tengo un camion igual al que estas reparando y ya tengo un año batallando y no lo pueden arreglar y el mio comiensa a trabajar y en menos de una hora revienta el condensador. Ya cambie el sensor de precion ya dijeron aver limpiado el systema y sigue reventando el condensador porfavor seria posible me puedas ayudar o se endonde estas pero la verdad ya estoy hasta el tope y tal parece que no hay manera de resolver esto
@@carlosortega6048 I found out what my problem was but ty for replying! My blend door inside the dash is causing faults in the cecu and my fan intermittently works. Take care
