I'm not sure what you mean by a top tether.

@@NeighborhoodCarReviews It's a additional hook which is attached to child car seats to provide extra support. So you have the isofix points then the top tether goes through the head rest and clips to back of the seat (in most vehicles) I just wondered whether you knew where that is. It has an anchor symbol where it would go for newer cars

Ramanjit Kaur Oh! I gotcha! Yes. It has upper and lower anchors. I think the lower ones are in the bottom seat cushion at the very back and the upper ones are behind the seatback on the rear wall.
