I totally felt you pain I know the feeling of being deep under the dash and running into a connector harness that you just cant figure out how to get it disconnected bad Angles poor lighting and fatigued arms it gets frustrating... But your a trooper love the videos and cant with to see how it turns out!! #weightreduction #safteyfirst 2020 is gonna be huge for you keep being you! You are the next big thing on youtube!!

I remember being able to get under the dash like that,but that was probably before you were born.Good to see you getting the safety mods done.

Hey girl, I know the front driver and passenger seat belt need to be removed completely, but do you have to remove that plastic piece for the cage to go in? Where the seat belt goes in at the top? Pretty sure that's where the airbag is at

I despise working under the dash of any car, back breaking, arm shaking, neck straining pain in but work... Good luck on getting the upgrades done.

So, how much weight was saved by gutting the interior?

We really only did a rear seat delete, it still has everything else. My Sparcos weren't that much of a savings. If I had to say taking the rear seat out was like 35 lbs. But it's far from gutted I still have my whole center console, digital dash, touch screen, heat, ac, all those amenities.
