Laetitia Won I don’t know where she learned but I do it with KellyAmelia. She’s very helpful, patient, kind and will tell you that you look good but will also give you pointers to the move you are doing to help it look better or just to improve. I’m 14 and I’ve been doing hoop (what was in the video), silks and pole for about 8 or 9 weeks now. I defo recommend her because I’ve come so far and each time I’m her more advanced and stronger each time.

It's just time and how much you do it! Once your body starts getting used to hanging off metal in places that usually aren't even touched, you build quite a bit of pain resistance and for some reason the bruises stop happening... But anyway, time!! And repetition!

Isabel Siñeriz Hello! Glad you enjoyed the routine! As for staying in the figure I didn’t have much song time left and I don’t feel like I needed to. Looking at the video I don’t personally feel that it was a rushed transition. I’m not sure how you expect me to dismount? You don’t actually see me wave to the audience in this video it was salute to the judges..force of habit from gymnastics. Although I do agree that my exit from stage was sloppy! I did lose points for it! That being said I did this competition when I was 16 and it was one of my first times performing. I was nervous and rushed off stage! Your comment on a whole I believe to be a very fair assessment but maybe voice your opinion in a more helpful and constructive fashion?

In my opinion this was very inconvenient and rude please choose whether to comment things like this wisely as you will get lot of different opinions and so i say it was really grace full and she did stay in the fallen angel quite long also sometimes when you are in a fallen angel (if your like me ) it can hurt so please do your research (that only applies if you are not an aerialist )
