Just asking was there a oil pan gasket on that 4.3l.v6 or did yall just use gasket maker mine is a 14 silverado 4.3l and gm shows no gasket oriellys either or autozone not even felpro gaskets website felpro has um for the 5.3l and bigger eingenes but not the v6 gm told me 4 dealerships oriellys said the same thing use gasket maker or silicone !
Yep same fel pro said since gm is seizing out the 4.3l v6s chevy is and going with 4 cylinders with twin turbos or you 5.3l or bigger there not making gaskets on um summit racing same way I found um for the 5.3l I think it's crap they said 4.3l wasn't gonna last well I got one I bought used and It's 2024 and my cousin has one double cab 4.3l v6 4x4 I'm like you need too do vin search see how many v6s are out there theres alot of um still cruisin main roads and back roads there reliable eingenes If you take care of um right meaning oil changes and mantinance!
