TF is the ultimate team sport. It has; speed, agility, teamwork, hand dexterity, endurance & strategy all with no CTE's. And appropriate for both sexes & all age groups. And it's played on a multi-purpose grass surface with no special equipment. And it has a degree of participation from all the players, all the time (lines moving forwards & backwards).

you have to back off 5 with each play, i guess they keep backing off to maintain shape, any dogleg in your line and decent players will slice straight through you
