Not sure why this video is so much different than the other ones for the car. Wish you would of done more exhaust clips, you didn't even show with flap open vs close. Glad to see more RS videos tho.

Please make longer exhaust video clips most aren’t here to see the installation just want to see how the exhaust sounds before making a purchase

Unfortunately the flapper has a mind of its own. It opens and closes depending on what the car is doing. At idle it's usually open regardless of whatever mode is selected.

@@RB-ny5lh I did, the video was them installing the exhaust onto my car. I no longer own the RS but I did like the exhaust.

@@rahpowah01 oh okay. I was thinking about getting this exhaust. Your comment about it having a mind of its own is making me question whether I should or not lol

@@RB-ny5lh this exhaust doesn't cause that behavior. The exhaust flap works the same as it does on the stock exhaust. The only issue I did end up having shortly after install is the issue where you can't change drive modes. This was only on the stock tune though. Even on a Cobb stage 0 it never had a problem. So if you're tuned already this exhaust will work fine.

why do exhaust systems cost so much? 1,000 dollars is a crazy amount of money to put down in 1 purchase. you can't find an exhaust for this car that costs under 1k... the ST had so many more options and they were all cheaper than the RS's... and there's no difference other than the shape... like when gun companies charge more for the same gun in a different caliber.. it's crazy.

The the electronic valve that makes it expensive. Go with the MBRP exhaust and buy valve bypass plug. It will cost about 6 hundred.

Ford screwed up putting a exhaust valve on this car which is stupid it's a sports car a rally car that's the whole point is to get the full exhaust sound of the car what idiots
