3 balls didn't go past the head string. It's a rule to stop soft breaking; 3 balls must go past the head string at the break end of the table or its a loss of turn, just not a ball in hand foul.
Because 3 balls should cross the head string after the break. Number of balls pocketed are also counted towards the number of balls that crossed the head string. In her case, 5 ball crossed the head string and she pocketed a ball, which means she needed one more ball to cross the head string or she needed to pocket two balls during her break.

I only watched one game. I read the comments and I come across someone say girl in the comments, I was a bit shocked the blonde haired kid is a female! She must be a Filipina. Folks there does all type of weird things. I don't blame them, people there have lose their identity. They have no idea who they are, not even a last name. They have to borrow their surnames from the Spaniard. An Asian person with a Spanish last name? That doesn't seem to be out of place, I don't know what to say anymore. You feel me?!
